TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This offer entitles you to up to 15% off selected brands full-price and reduced price items (sale items not valid, please see below) at www.cplights.com and in our Gateshead Showroom.
2. This offer is valid on selected brands from 12:00am Sunday 1st January 2023 until 23:59 Tuesday 31st January 2023 (GMT).
3. This offer is valid online at www.cplights.com and in our Gateshead showroom.
4. This offer excludes selected brands, promotional and sales items.
5. No cash or any other alternatives will be given.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
7. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the promoter's discretion.
8. The return value of the item's purchased using the discount code shall be the applicable return value under Cp Lighting's delivery & return policy less the discount contained.
9. Your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected.
10. Orders made between Tuesday 27th December 2022 - Sunday 5th February 2023 will not be eligible for price difference refunds based on products that are included in our January Sale.

*sale price items are products that show 3 different prices (with the final price shown in Taupe colour) and are NOT included in any sales/discounts. Reduced price items are products that show 2 different prices (with the final price shown in black) and ARE included in the sale/discounts.
