Covid-19 update: February 2020

We will use this page to keep our customers updated on the impact of the Coronavirus on Cp Lighting & Interiors.


Order Delays:

We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times, Due to regulations & guidelines we have reduced our entire staff force to enable sufficient social distancing in our offices, and warehouses - This is unfortunately impacting the speed we can process and dispatch orders. We thank you for your patience and understanding and we will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. Once dispatched we use a next day delivery service.


Lighting & Interiors Showroom:

We are committed to the heath & safety of our team and following the recent COVID-19 government guidelines our showroom will be temporarily closed until further notice.  Our customer services team are still available and providing a high standard of assistance via email and telephone - working reduced hours to reduce contact (hours indicated below.) To reduce the number of people entering our showroom and coming in contact with our team we are no longer offering a Click & Collect service during this time.


New Orders:

You can continue to place your orders online as usual and our courier is delivering via contact free method.  We are exceptionally busy at present so please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order(s), with made to order & bespoke items taking up to 6-8 weeks.

Existing Orders:

Customers with existing orders we will endeavor to dispatch these to you ASAP. Please understand we are exceptionally busy and will of course do our best to have order to you as quickly as possible. We are not able to offer a "click & collect" service during this time.
