Covid-19 update:  Showroom Now Open - Masks Essential!

We will use this page to keep our customers updated on the impact of the Coronavirus on Cp Lighting & Interiors and



Following the recent changes from the government on advice about wearing face coverings (Effective from 4am on Wednesday 30th November 2021), if you are visiting our beautiful showroom on Team Valley, Gateshead a face covering MUST be worn at all times whilst on the premises. By complying with latest government guidelines we put the health and well-being of both you, our customer and employees first

Order Delays:

We thank you for your patience and understanding and we will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. Once dispatched we use a next day delivery service In order to get your orders to you as quickly, and safely as possible. We are experiencing some product delays from suppliers - Further information is listed below.


Supplier Delays:

We are still experiencing supplier delays due to raw materials, rising shipping costs and EU imports. Though these matters are out of our control we thank you for your patience with our staff.

We support the ShopKind campaign supporting the following:

  • Encourage positive behaviors in our showroom and to our staff.
  • Acknowledge the important role of shop workers and our customer service, marketing and dispatch team.
  • Highlight the scale and impact of violence and abuse against shop workers and staff.


New Orders:

You can continue to place your orders online as usual and our courier is delivering via contact free method.  We are exceptionally busy at present so please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order(s), with made to order & bespoke items taking up to 6-8 weeks.


Existing Orders:

Customers with existing orders we will endeavor to dispatch these to you ASAP. Please understand we are exceptionally busy and will of course do our best to have order to you as quickly as possible.
