Our Lighting & Interiors showroom is now open our usual hours - There will still be social distancing in place and masks must be worn at all times. We will allow an allocated number of customers in store at one time, During busy periods there may be a wait outside required.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during these very difficult times, Due to regulations & guidelines we have reduced our entire staff force to enable sufficient social distancing in our offices, and warehouses - This is unfortunately impacting the speed we can process and dispatch orders. We thank you for your patience and understanding and we will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. Once dispatched we use a next day delivery service In order to get your orders to you as quickly, and safely as possible.
You can continue to place your orders online as usual and our courier is delivering via contact free method. We are exceptionally busy at present so please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order(s), with made to order & bespoke items taking up to 6-8 weeks.
Customers with existing orders we will endeavor to dispatch these to you ASAP. Please understand we are exceptionally busy and will of course do our best to have order to you as quickly as possible.
